BOD of a unlisted company has passed a reolution w.r.t remuneration to WTD, there is no recomendation from Remuneration committee. to my inderstanding Section 2, Part II of Schedule XIII is not applicable to unlisted companies with aequate profit. Am I right, experts pls giv u r views.
