26 December 2015 Hello Experts,

Anyone please guide me on matter of Managerial Comission to Managing Director on monthly basis.

Commission to Managing director is a part of Remuneration to that MD???

kindly solve the same asap.

04 January 2016 Kindly share the status of Company whether public or private.

Further you need to refer the language of board resolution passed for approval of remuneration to MD. Whether commission is part of MD remuneration is dependent on the language of board resolution.
