Could any one please Tell me the difference between Man power supply & Works contract with an example..

Manpower supplier:
Contractor will not exercise any control on manpower and he dont bother about completion of work, payment to contractor is also not related to completion status of work
In work contract payment can be done only if work given is completed, and contractor uses his material/manpower to get work done as per our requirement

man power : when you supply the human power and then company will take work from the manpower supply by you.
work contract: when you work is specified and you have to complete the work, employer not have the link with the no of manpower you supply.
