Is it mandatory to maintain books of accounts to an individual who's tern over is below 44AD limit And Above 44aa Limit

As per the new amendment to section 44AD those who offering income under section 44AD not required to maintain books of accounts. Those who are offering lower income than section 44AD are required to maintain books of accounts.
