main company mein maintenance ke bill provide karata hoon jis par company 12.36% ka half 6.18% reverse charge karke 6.18% mujhe deti hai to kya maintenance under workcontract servicee mein applicable hoga.

maintenance will qualify as for contract service if property in goods is also ted. i.e. it is a composite contract Goods plus labour....
