i forget my password on yahoo & account was locked for 24 hrs & till yet not unlocked

You have to click "Forget Password or id" link in Sign in page and they will ask you questions like your birth date , Country, Pin code as entered by you and a question given by you at the time of opening yahoo account. When all the above information is given correctly by you , they shall allow you to reset the password.

but as u said i enter the question but the answer didnt match with their records so i contacted cutomercare they locked my id for 24 hrs but 4 days passed till yet no help
