10 April 2013 For MVAT Registration what proof of Place of Business should be provided if applicant is neither Owner nor Tenant and Applicant is using place of other sister concern as Registered office.

10 April 2013 Ya then the agreement which is registered will be required and Light Bill or Telephone bill or Maintenance Reciept can be submitted as POB( Place of Business).
The Agreement should not be Notary.
Registered Rent Agreement is compulsory in MVAT Registration.
