23 March 2009 sridhar and muralidharan are the only two best books available to suit your requirements. sridhar is more exam oriented as i feel from my experience. but also go thru the institute material for theory and also rtp.you can expect around 20 - 35 marks theory. can also make a reference for theory from tata mcgraw hill published book if possible from library. while writing exam specify your assumptions. also you can go thru cima site to have an idea of latest exam questions there because the same asked for ca final also
