28 March 2013 Sir my articleship start 10/09/2011 and my M.COM Sem-1(External) start from 09/01/2013 but i do not show M.COM in the respective form because i had not start M.COM when my articleship start and i steel not inform to ICAI for M.COM So Is there i face any problem in future ?
please give suggestion for above matter that what can i do at now ?

28 March 2013 Please send the form 112 immediately for late submission of form 112 institute levy penalty of Rs.1,000 so may take the DD of Rs. 1,000 now and send it along form 112 with the covering letter indicate the fee paid for late submission of form 112.

Otherwise you send the form 112 now and wait for the intimation from Institute for penalty payment and then take the DD for penalty amount and send to Institute. But i am sure institute will levy penalty of Rs.1,000 must and should.

But send form 112 immediately otherwise institute may cancel your articleship in future.

29 March 2013 but if i apply as fresh application show that at now i start M.COM then?

29 March 2013 No you didn't show it as start now. You indicate on that form 112 actual date of joining of M.COM i.e M.com registration date. So due to the you net get the prior permission from ICAI to join into M.Com and late submission of form 112 it will levy penalty of Rs.1,000/- In case if you indicating as you started your M.com now it not possible because of you have to submit the proof for the admission into M.Com as well as after completion of M.Com you have to submit the proofs for completion of M.Com so both shall indicate your date of commencement of M.Com is prior not now. So my suggestion is don't take any risk it will may loose your articleship and don't think about the fine of Rs.1,000/- please pay fine of Rs.1,000/- and be confident and avoide risk.

30 March 2013 Sir I study M.COM in External then also i fill form 112 because not possible to sign form and stamp from University ?

30 March 2013 Yes,, you have to fill form 112. While you are under going of the course under open university thus as correspondace course or private course or distance course what may be name called and no attending of classes then you not requried to get the stamp and sing of university or college priceple.

So you are not attending any classes so you need not to fill the timing of classes of M.Com so need not to get the certificate from your principle/university for the purpose of classes attending timings.
