Constructed building on industrial plot in 2010 . Cost of construction only ( Plot cost extra) 22 LAKHs Sold in April 2022. Depriciated value as on 31.03.2022 is 7.5 Lakhs. For calculation of LTCG, cost of Plot will be as per cost index. What will be the building cost 22 Lakhs or 7.5 Lakhs. K B Garg
