10 November 2009 As per Supreme court Decision in January, Company/Employer can not ask for proofs for claiming LTA from its imployees. If any company is still following and asking for proofs for verification. How this can be handled.

10 November 2009 give them a copy of Supreme court judgement.
But I think the judgement says that they need not ask, but I don't think they restrict them to ask. Please read the full judgement before making a plea

10 November 2009 I have given the copy of judgement but they are saying it does not seems to be having no right of verifying the same. For verification we needs proofs along with self declaration of employee. Is it not not against the Apex court decision

11 November 2009 I Agree with CA Pujah as the judgement is explanatory and its not waving the rigt of the company. so the company can demand.
