Dear Sir,
My one year of service is completed in the month of November 2013.But Still DECEMBER 2013 there was no LTA policy was made from our HR dept. So I have claim my LTA in the month of JANUARY 2014.
Now again second year LTA is due on NOVEMBER 2014.
So can I claim LTA in same month?
My account person is saying now I need to claim my LTA in FEB 2015 only.
Is this ethical and legal? Please Advice.

u cannot perform two LTA travels in one calender year.
