Lost ic code . how to get it

29 February 2012 hi all . One of my clients who was doin import business four years back lost his ic code . He is not doin business from past 4 years . So now he wants to continue his business but ic code is not there . He does not have any document relating to it so that we can know the code and apply duplicate certificate . So whats the procedure . ? Except name of the company we dont have any records .

01 March 2012 Submit Concerned RJDGFT OF YOUR AREA after Duly fill up form ANF-2A :form along with application fee of Rs.200/- ,
a copy of FIR and an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.10/- duly notorised.
