Loss of Password/secret Question in case of e-filing

20 September 2010 In case my client being an Individual has filed ITR-4 For Asst.Year 2009-10 through electronically without Digital Siganture.
This was done By previous Auditor.

Now the client has changed tax auditor for the current year but the previous auditor has not given the password as well as secret Question along with E-ackowledgement.

I had reminded several times to previuos auditor for providing the same but he is not coperative in this regard yet.

Now how to set new password for ITR-4 Filing purposes electronically with Digital Signature for Asst Year 2010-11.
Please help in this regard immediately as the very short for e-filinf of ITR.
