loss of dsc

My clinet i.e. director of a company lost his DSC c.d. and details. He got prepared another DSC. But while registering the second DSC with MCA portal, " maiden name of mother " is asked by the system, which my client do not remember. Please how to register second DSC with MCA portal, when the CD and all other details of first DSC are lost.

Type mother's name as "MOTHER". Not the correct answer. But your problem can be solved for the time being.
