A COMPANY OCCURS LOSS IN THE 1ST YEAR BALANCE SHEET IN WHICH IT IS INCORPORATED.
IS THERE ANY LAW THAT PROHIBITION TO NOT TO SHOW LOSS I.E.ALWAYS THERE SHOULD MUST BE PROFIT IN THE 1ST YEAR BALANCE SHEET OF THE COMPANY.
