Loss from commercial property

25 August 2025 I have a self occupied house property and one commercial property. This office space I
was unable to rent it during FY 24-25 but I had paid municipal taxes and also maintenance charges . How do I show this in my return? Is loss under house property allowed and adjusted against other income ? Thanks

25 August 2025 Such charges are only adjusted against the income against rent. It cannot set off against any other income.
