is loss due to theft an allowable expense? what if the amount is more than 20000 n less than 20000? can a voucher can be treated as a proper document/evidance for such a loss?

loss by theft is allowed exp. if it is happen during the business hours. for that your have to file the evidence for theft like police FIR, or report of fire if loss by fire etc.

File FIR and take a copy of it as it will be a sufficient proof.
