I am working with a manufacturing company as an accountant. Our unit is 100% EOU, now it is to be renewal in sept 12, So I request you to provide me the check list for renewal or suggest me any reference material

Here is the check-list :-
1 Name & Address of the Unit
(Location of the unit)

2 Letter of Permission No.& Date

3 Items of manufacture

4 Approved Annual Capacity

5 Installed Annual Capacity

6 Date of commencement of Production

7 Date of commencement of export

8 Proposed Annual Capacity

9 Original Export & Import Projection & with details

10 Approved C.G. limit as per LOP

11 Approved value addition

12 Details of Import of C.G.,Raw-materials etc. and export since - Since the date of last renewal (year wise)

13 Details of revised projection in the prescribed format

14 Detailed justification for change in value addition / Revision of projections / enhancement in capacity.

Enclosures:-
1. Original Import and Export Projections during the period 2007-08 to 2011-12.
2. Details of Actual Exports and Imports during the period 2007-08 to 2011-12
3. Projections for the next 5 years for the period 2012-13 to 2017-18.
4. Copy of LOP with subsequent renewal permissions.
5. Copy of QPR for the period of October-2011 to December -2011.
6. APR submitted for the period 2010-11
