Dear Sir,
An assesse having Long Term Capital Gain on Sales of Equity Shares which is exempt u/s. 10(38) but it is required to disclose at the time of filing of income tax return. Please tell in which sheet and in which column i.e. in Capital Gain sheet, BP Sheet or in any other sheet that I don't know in ITR - 4 he should show the respective figures. The detail of one share is given hereunder for your kind perusal.

24.08.2011 22000.00 23.12.2013 26000.00
