24 December 2015 Dear Sir,
An assesse having Long Tern Capital Gain on Sales of Shares which is exempt u/s. 10(38) but it is required to disclose at the time of filing of income tax return. Please tell in which sheet and in which column in ITR - 4 he should show the respective figures. The detail of one share is given hereunder for your kind perusal.

24.08.2011 22000.00 23.12.2013 26000.00

24 December 2015 in EI sheet. you just report the net LTCG in this sheet.
