Dear Sir, An assesse having Long Tern Capital Gain on Sales of Shares which is exempt u/s. 10(38) but it is required to disclose at the time of filing of income tax return. Please tell in which sheet and in which column in ITR - 4 he should show the respective figures. The detail of one share is given hereunder for your kind perusal. Dear Sir, Many Many thanks to you Sir. Just one thing please answer whether I would mention nothing in Capital Gain sheet and in sheet BP. Please answer this last query.
