10 June 2009 I am not aware of CFS. The others are as follows:
CFA : Chartered Financial Analyst
ACA : Associate Chartered Accountant
FCA : Fellow Chartered Accountant

All Chartered Accountants are ACA. A CA becomes FCA on the completion of five years continuous practice. A person in job can never be an FCA.

10 June 2009 Just a correction .A CA in employment can also become FCA on submission of proof of his work experience (which again is a minimum period of 5 years)
CFA has nothing to do with CA institute.
