Can a non practicing member permitted to use logo on car..

Yes , A non practicing member can use CA logo on his car but the condition is that you must be a member of ICAI.

ICAI guidelines on logo , used the word 'MEMBER' which means it can be used by any ICAI member whehter in practice or not.
