i get salary and i have taken 2 loans from my friends ie Rs.75,000/- and Rs.18,000/- in cash for repairs to my house.
am i liable for any penalty .ofcourse i am not doing any business.
kindly advise.

Section 269ss/t applies to all. so you are also liable to it for the loan take of Rs.75,000/-.
