can pvt ltd co give loan to 3rd party??

FOR EARNING INTEREST IT CAN DEPOSIT THE AMOUNT IN A BANK ACCOUNT. LIKEWISE IT CAN EXTEND LOAN TO THIRD PARTIES ALSO.
