14 September 2013 ie we using Loan License of x and Manufacturing, Can we sold the material under the Same TIN no. or Required Separate Registration.

15 September 2013 I do not understand what kind of loan license it is. However,when you are making your own investments,have independent accounts and establishment,you have to take up a registration under VAT.If you are doing only a job work,buying all machines and material and sales in loan holder's name,then you may not need a new registration.....mjk
