Director son has given loan to pvt company, now company has decided to pay interest to the party?


Can any 1 plz send me the draft resolution for above asked query.

14 October 2011 Yes it can be done till the son does not become a shareholder or director in the company but still he is the relative of the director so all the section connected with relatives will apply
