13 February 2016 ONE OF MY CLINT HAVING PVT LTD COMPANY, AND HAS COMPANY REQUIRED TO 1 CRORE RS TO COMPLIT HAS PROJECT.

NOW HAS ONE OF THE US BASAD FRD(NOT RELATIVE) READY TO GIVE 1 CRORE RS TO COMPANY.

SO MY QUARRY IS..

1) HOW COMPANY CAN GET THIS AMOUNT ??
2)HAS FRD REQUIRED TO BECOME SHAREHOLDER BEFORE GIVING MONEY TO COMPANY??
3)WHAT IS PROCEDURE TO GET THIS MONEY IN COMPANY??
