Can a C.A in practice render services to individual to obtain loan for personal use like housing loan etc.?

A CA can not act as DSA (Direct sales Associate) of any bank without the prior permission of council.
A CA can also NOT accept any referral amount from such bank or institute for such a loan sanction.
