Hi Experts
We are hiring freight services. Exp. for Loading and unloading is also incurred at the same time.
Now suppose the freight service provider is arrange to load and unload thru some labours and we pay to the Freight company for both the activity.
As he is just arranging for the L & U labours and not having any interest in making income from that, whether we are liable to make tds on the L&U exp.?
In another case we prepare the payment voucher in the name of Freight service providing company in respect of L & U Exp. rather preparing in the name of labourers. Whether this will make any difference?

TDS is on total bill not withstanding the fact that he just claims labour bill without making profit thereon.
