Llp credibility

Hi,
Apart from the advantages of LLP Over a private company in the lines of lesser compliance burden and tax advantages .. does the vendors suppliers and bankers see LLP as less credible and trust worthy over Pvt company

problem is that Bankers and suppliers are not aware of the provisions and structure of LLPs, thus resulting in an inbuilt apprehension among them in dealing with LLPs. I believe over passage of time, they would be able to overcome these apprehensions and deal with LLPs in the same manner and they deal with companies.
