02 May 2013 I need to filing form 8 and 11 for llp. What's the procedure to do the same and is there any online site where i can do the same or from mca website.

Please help. And I need to add a new director to this llp too.

02 May 2013 Ist step : Download the online form MCA website.

IInd Step : Fill the form as per the instruction given.

IIIrd Step: Use DSC of The Designated partner.

IVth Step: Upload the same on mca website.

If the Designated partner does not have registered on mca then first register him.

02 May 2013 1. If No Business was done then prepare financial with nil receipt.

but you need to show original capital and expenses if any.

2. Please fill form -4 for addition of Partner.
