We have a LLP having Capital 1 lacs with two partners.We want to add a new partner without any capital contribution .is it allowable under LLP Act.

Yes you can add one or more partner.

But There are two points.
1.In the form 3 nil capital is not accepted.
2.ROC said It is not allowed u/s 32 and 33 of LLP without capital contribution.
Any argument to counter the above view.
