17 August 2012 what DOCUMENT REQD to apply for PAN Card for a pvt ltd converted to LLP.The company does have PAN Card. Can Converted LLP can file I.T. Return with same pan card.

17 August 2012 No.. a converted LLP cannot file the return with the old pan card. Advisable to apply for new pan card. basic documents like LLP deed would be required to apply for pan card. Other documents like address proof, proof of partners, etc. would be required.
