20 April 2015 LLP Act does not have any provisions regarding meeting of Partners/DPs.

Hence, you need to check the clauses of LLP Agreement, if it has mentioned anything about it. If LLP Agreement also silent on this, then meeting can be called with one day notice also. Thanks
