Llb before starting articleship form 112 help me soon urgent

i completed LLB in 2010 and after LLB
my MBA(Correspondence)will be completed in january 2012
i converted from PE-II in IPCC in august 2010
i passed IPCC in may 2011
but today i m not article assistant
my articleship is about to start.

tell me in above regard LLB,MBA
i did not take permission of ICAI by filling form 112
bcoz i didn't know about it
it can effect my ca carrer.
if yes,Plz give me ur important advice for future.

i passed group-2 in PE-II Nov 2007
& remaining paper in IPCC in may 2011
in between this period
(1)i completed LLB after that Join MBA without taking permission of form 112
(2) i does not take registration as article assistant till now

i wanna to know:-
(i)LLB before articleship without taking permission of form 112 is valid with ca course there is no problem in that.

(ii)now i m in MBA last semester will complete in january 2012
for this form 112 is required to submit but
period of 30 days has expired,i joined in MBA AUGUST 2010.

(iii)any penalty for me by ICAI

04 September 2011 When you are joining articleship, file form 112 along with form 102 & 103. Don't think too much for before commencing your articleship.

ICAI requires that, you should get permission for doing one additional course along with your articleship.
