what's the procedure to list the shares on Stock Exchange.

You have to submit the application by giving the requisite particulars. There are so many conditions which has to be fulfilled. You can vist the website and download the application and start filling the data from the company particuloars. Then you will know whether your company is in a position to fulfil all the conditions for lisiting.

If your company listed in NSE then you can open www.nseindia.com and use the path below and download the desired checklist:
Home > Equities > Listing > Further Issue Brochure
Alternatively you may directly ask for checklist to list your equity shares from concerned stock exchange.

By the way have you received In-principal approval from the concerned stock exchange pursuant to clause 24(a) of Listing Agreement?
