Sir, Further Pl let me know upto what extent i can issue bons & Debentures for my Company ?

Is there any registration required with ROC for the registrations of Bonds / Debentures ?

Hoping a feedback for the same.

26 August 2009 If there is any charge created on the assets of the company for the issue of secured bonds/debentures then Form 8 is to be filed with ROC along with a copy of the ducument creating the charge The extent to which u can issue bonds /debenture depends on your financials and the approving authorities There are several layers involved peal them one by one
