05 February 2011 what is listing agreement in the context of company act where i find all clauses what rule or provision made it compulsary how many clauses in listing agreement

05 February 2011 Listing Agreement is an agreement entered into between the Company proposing to get its securities listed and the Stock Exchange where you propose to get your securites listed. These clauses will have to be complied with once your securities get listed with the SE.

At present, after the last amendment to the Listing Agreement, there are 54 clauses in the Listing Agreement of NSE.
