08 December 2010 Our company is listed in NSE, BSE and MSE. The company has a subsidiary in which it holds 67% of the paid share capital. the subsidiary company has a proposal to merge itself with another company. the subsidiary company is not listed.

Now the query should we inform abt this proposal at any point of time to stock exchange. Pl advise

08 December 2010 As per my understanding this proposal is to be considered by the listed holding co. in its board meeting.

If the proposal is approved the same should be intimated to the STX being an imp news from the shareholders point of view.

If board rejects the proposal the there is no need to intimate STX.
