29 August 2007 Please provide a list of expenses on which the manufacturer and exporter of fibre cable specially canteen expenses (providing lunchand dinner to labour in the factory), Clearing charges charged for import of Raw Material/Capital Goods throrouh air of ship?

Please refer definition of Input service as per Rule 2(l) of the Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004. There is nothing beyond this definition, for which credit can be availed of the service tax. Please follow each word to interpret the eligibility of cenvat credit of service tax.
