12 May 2017 How a foreign national national working india get Aadhaar card . Because now AADHAR is mandatory for filing income tax returns from 1st July 2017 . foreign nationals e.g Korean Expats working India having PAN no but no Adhar Car how they can file return .

12 May 2017 Hi,

AADHAAR card is available free of cost to all citizen and residents of India, including NRIs and resident foreign nationals, regardless of the their citizenship.

12 May 2017 Also as per notification Dt. 11/05/2017: provisions of section 139AA sub-section (3) shall not apply to
an individual who does not possess the Aadhaar number or the Enrolment ID and is:-
(i) residing in the States of Assam, Jammu and Kashmir and Meghalaya;
(ii) a non-resident as per the Income-tax Act, 1961;
(iii) of the age of eighty years or more at any time during the previous year;
(iv) not a citizen of India
