Sir,
Please clarify my doubt regarding Life insurance payment made by unmarried daughter on behalf father,
Shall we take deduction under 80 C at the time of her IT return file.

Daughter cannot take benefit of section 80C on payment of life insurance premium on behalf of her father as the same is not covered. Only in case of spouse and children.
