14 June 2013 dear sir,
i have paid my lic premiun due of 2011-12 & 2012-13 in feb 2013.can i claim deduction u/s. 80C of amt paid for 2011-12 in the year 2013.

14 June 2013 Yes. you can claim. Sec.80C apply on payment basis. so on actual payment only you can claim the deduction
