Hi,
I had took LIC policy 10 yrs back. The Premium date for it is 28th March.
I have paid the premium of the March 2012 on 10 April 2012.
Now even though my premium date is 28 March (which comes in FY 2011-2012), can I take tax benefit for the Financial Year 2012-2013? (because I have paid the premium in this FY range)....
Please clarify my doubts.....

Yes you can take benefit or this amount in 2012-13.
