My friends father offering Transport Services,
He would get yearly 1.5 CR from the clients.
Whether he liable to pay GST or Not
He would get yearly 1.5 CR from the clients.

If he is providing transport service of the nature covered under GTA service, he is not liable to pay service tax if service is provided to specified persons, he not liable to pay GST. There is exemption for goods transport service by road except GTA and courier.
