Dear sir
I hav entered into transactions of 45 lakhs on 31/03/2013. I have neither charged service tax nor i hav taken registration no. Am i liable to register in service tax n pay to the govt.
Dis is one tym transaction on las day of the f.y

As per finance act 1994 when the gross income from service exceeds rs 9 lakhs then reg is to be done compulsorily and when it exceeds rs 10 lakhs then service tax is to be oaid compulsory.
