Is there any liability to deduct T.D.S on loan taken from credit co-operative society? Explain provisions in detail. In above query individual is regularly getting his books of accounts audited.

An individual or a Hindu undivided family need not deduct tax unless they are "tax auditable" for the imediately preceeding financial year.
