23 May 2010 In the case of husband being a personal guarantor to term loans taken by a company in which he is shareholder.

Can the property belonging to his wife, including property solely in her name, cash in her bank account etc. be siezed by the bank in case the company defaults on the loan?

24 May 2010 No it's only the husband who is liable, or in case of his death his estate may be utilised to recover the amount
