Liability of service tax

17 July 2013 we have been exporting yarn to various country like bangladesh, china etc.

we have to pay commission on the export value to foreign broker and domestic broker also.

so whether we are liable to any service tax. we are a limited company having turnover of rs. 75.00 crores around.

17 July 2013 Commission paid by you to foreign broker is exempt from service tax. Commission paid in India service provider will pay the service tax. you are exempt from service tax.
